Tourists are welcome to join both the planting and the harvest.<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Next, the rice is delivered to the local brewer who transforms it into delicious sake for everyone to enjoy.<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Inspired by France&#8217;s Beaujolais Nouveau, this project began in 2017 as a collaboration between Hakuba Happo-One and the esteemed local sake brewery, Hakuba Nishiki. Together, they set out to create a seasonal sake that reflects the rich heritage and quality of Japanese brewing.
